王琪,女,汉族,1994年4月生,山西临汾人,毕业于兰州大学化学专业,博士,现任食品工程学院专任教师。主要从事生物活性保鲜材料的开发,功能性食品、医学美容产品的研发等。迄今已发表13篇科研论文,其中第一作者(含共同一作) 11篇。申请中国发明专利7项,已授权3项。
