一、基本情况

Hafiz Umer Javed,男,巴基斯坦,1987年2月生,食品生物技术博士,副研究员。

二、教育与研究经历

2007.09-2011.06,PMAS-Arid Agriculture University of Rawalpindi, Pakistan,Horticulture园艺,获学士学位

2011.09–2013.06,University Of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan,Horticulture园艺,获硕士学位

2015.09–2019.06,Chian Agriculture University 中国农业大学,Food Biotechnology食品生物技术,获博士学位

2014.07 –2021.11,北部湾大学 食品工程学院,副研究员(校聘 教授)

三、教学工作

承担本科生课程主要有:《Food Microbiology食品微生物学》、 《Processing, and preservation of aquatic food product水产食品加工和保鲜》、。

四、科研方向与业绩

His primary focus is on researching the synthesis of natural, eco-friendly organic compounds and their quality and functionality regulation in food processing conditions, including:1. processing and storage of fruits, vegetables, and aquatic products; 2. Improve the shelf life; 3. Inhibiting the fungal and antimicrobial activity; 4. Research on food flavor release and perception, food sensory evaluation, etc.

他的主要研究重点是在食品加工条件下合成天然、环保的有机化合物,并对其质量和功能进行调节,包括:1. 水果、蔬菜和水产品的加工和储存;2. 改善货架寿命;3. 抑制真菌和抗微生物活性;4. 研究食品风味释放和感知,食品感官评价等。

(1) 近期主持科研项目

1. 两年澳大利亚政府研究经验。从事由 ACIAR 资助的 ASLP-II 芒果价值链进项目。具有监测芒果商品运输的经验。Sindhri和S.B.Chaunsa的准备(收获,除浆,加工,热水处理,包装和装载)。此外,具有跟踪和评估水果从收获到上市的品质问题经历 2011-2013.
